We are proud to announce the launch of our new high end hybrid reflex® technology wing - VISTA HP.

VISTA HP is the latest addition to our paramotor range,- purpose built and targeted at pilots who would like to move on from Thrust HP. It was a long, challenging project. VISTA HP was carefully polished and trimmed for optimum. We made sure many pilots and dealers flew the protos to verify that we are in the right direction with VISTA HP. Only on full approval of all pilots test flying the wing did we apply for certification. We are excited to report that both sizes of VISTA HP (S and M) have now passed CE certification flight tests.

Class B rated-size S
Class C rated-size M (all maneuvers rated A and B, except one C for brake range travel at maximum weight- too short)
For free flight weight range:
Vista HP S - 70-100 kg.
Vista HP M - 85-120 kg.
For powered flying designed weight range:
Vista HP S - 75-140 kg.
Vista HP M - 100-165 kg.
It will be load tested accordingly to verify its integrity for paramotor use.

VISTA HP completes APCO's already extensive paramotor range, from Prima IV - including Karma, Karma SP, Thrust '09, Thrust HP '09, Vista, Vista HP - up to 2 tandem wings - Play 42 and Fun 42.

VISTA HP is a direct result of pilot feedback and the demand for higher performing, quicker handling, wide speed range wing, which could stand up successfully to latest generation of reflex wings. Featuring competitive speed range and performance, combined with the classic virtues of APCO's paramotoring range - this is what makes the VISTA HP a true winner. Perfect launch and flare, even lighter brake pressure and more responsive, direct handling than you are used to from APCO wings, delightful and reassuring.

In short, the design brief for VISTA HP was to combine the advantages of APCO paramotor wings with reflex type wings - ultimately to produce a wing which could outperform Thrust HP as well as rival reflex wings. VISTA HP's design concept is based on evolution of Thrust HP. Using APCO's proven hybrid reflex profile technology on a high performance platform, is what VISTA HP is about. Converting Vista HP profile into full reflex profile when accelerated, retaining the advantages of easy launch and flare at the lower end of the speed range is the key to its success. Number of Apco unique features incorporated into its design.

SRS® system (pat. pend.) unique, APCO exclusive invention was incorporated to achieve low speed launch and flare - make the wing virtually stall resistant. SRS is responsible for VISTA HP's ability to fly and launch at amazingly low speed, preventing the wing from stalling at critical angle of attack and aiding in automatic recovery in case of stall.

FLEXON™ battens of latest generation designed to insure the shape of the leading edge and further reduce weight of the wing - now standard on all our range. They are virtually indestructable and will guarantee optimal profile shape and launch characteristics for the entire lifespan of the glider. First introduced by APCO a few years ago, it has quickly become a new industry standard and other manufacturers have followed.

Replaceable camet and trim webbing - for optimal riser maintenance, an industry first was introduced on VISTA HP - allowing for easy camet buckle and / or trim webbing replacement when worn or slipping, without the need for complete riser replacement. This arrangement allows not only for trim webbing replacement, but also for removal of camet buckle incase the buckle is not functioning properly. The procedure is simple and straightforward, easily done by the dealer - saving time and costs.

HIT valves installed (another great feature) - responsible for unrivalled safety and combined with SRS, Flexon battens and stabilo steering feature, create a unique wing (probably among the best paramotor wings around). I am sure you will enjoy.

Hybrid Reflex profile principles: Typical example of APCO's unique approach to problem solving. Classic paragliding profile is converted into the full reflex profile by special line and riser arrangement At trim speed it is a typical paragliding profile with all parameters in line with good paraglider, having good launch, handling and stability. Once accelerated it is transformed into full reflex profile with all the virtues as such (Center of Pressure moves forward adding extra stability and preventing any collapse. Internal pressure and rigidity of wing is improved at top end of the speed range, which by the way is also wider) - see drawings below for a more graphic explanation.

Fiz o trecho Porto Seguro - Ilheus no domingo (24/05)

Decolamos eu o Charles e o Kiko as 8 horas e pousamos em Canavieras 1:30horas depois.......... Esperamos 3 horas o resgate com a gasolina. Enquanto isso comemos uns camarões e curtimos a praia........... Conhecemos lá a galera do aeroclube muito legal foi uma festa.As 12,30 o resgate chegou reabastecemos e decolamos as 13:00horas.......Com 1:30horas pousei na praia do sul em ilheus...........Consumo 10litros, distancia voada 192km.......... Poderia ter feito sem reabastecimento.......Velocidade 70km com 50% trimer no 100% 78km........Em Porto Seguro decolei o pessoal e depois de cinco minutos a galera já estava longe, voando velas DHV-2...... Cheguei em Canavieiras na frente da galera uns 5 minutos

Decolei depois de Charlies uns 5 minutos e o Kiko ficou para traz pois ficou apanhando da vela para decolar pois o vento estava mais forte..... Cheguei na frente uns 7 minutos

Resumo a vela anda mais e economiza combustivel......... Pegamos muita turbulencia na Boca de Barras e a vela assimila muito bem.......O Charlies e o Kiko apanharam muito das DHV-2 se queixaram muito.

Os motores 4 tempos começam a dominar o Campeonato Espanhol, a PXP com motores Bailey de 4 tempos ganharam o Campeonato Espanhol  2009 na categoria PF -"Solo" e PL "Paratrike". Já é uma realidade esses motores, algumas empresa já estão com seus projetos bem adiantados pelo menos são as noticias que recebo do pessoal da Espanha e Italia.....Resultado: Campeão PF 2009 Juanjo Garcia, 2º Ramon Morillas e em 3º José Maria Solá, na Categoria PL o Campeão Afonso Redondo, 2º David Castillejo e 3º Daniel Crespo.
